50th anniversary pictures on a new hd camcorder

My sister and brother in law are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in a few weeks. We have been collecting old pictures from everyone in the family to put into a new age photo album to commemorate those wonderful years they have shared. We could not decide on an appropriate gift for this occasion and so I went online to see if I could find something appropriate for the celebration. I looked at a digital frame and all of the camcorders digital and decided these would be great gifts to preserve some of their memories and also ones in the future. We have bought and beautiful digital photo frame to which we will transfer the pictures. In this day and age it is wonderful to know that there are people who have loved each other for such a long time. My niece and nephew have planned a big surprise party with the whole family and many friends attending. I also bought a hd camcorder to take pictures on that special day. They do a lot of traveling and I am sure this will be a gift that will serve them well in the future.

My brother called me this morning to ask if he could borrow my HD camcorder this coming weekend to tape some event that he was attending with his friends. Normally, I’ll admit that I don’t like loaning things like cameras and my HD camcorder, but it’s my brother and I know he’ll take care of it so I said yes. I did ask him why he hadn’t invested in a HD camcorder of his own yet, and he said that he’d mentioned several times to his wife how great it would be to have one. He was hoping that she’d take the hint and get him one for Christmas this year. I couldn’t help but laugh, because my brother likes dropping hints about things he likes. He never comes right out and says that he wants something, only that it would be good to have. I’m sure the same is the case with the HD camcorder, so I made a mental note to call his wife this weekend and let her know. She’s known him long enough to catch his subtle hints about the HD camcorder, but just in case, I’ll give her a call. And to think they say us women are difficult to read.

It hasn’t been that long ago that mom and I were walking through the mall and she pointed out a digital frame that she really liked. She wanted to buy it, but I suggested that she wait, and that maybe Santa would give it to her for Christmas. I could tell the idea of waiting for the digital frame wasn’t something she’s use to doing, since she always buys when she sees something she wants, but she said that she’d wait.

I had two reasons for asking her to wait on the digital frame. The first one was so that I could give it to her for Christmas, and fill it up with some of her favorite photographs. The second reason was because I was pretty certain that I could get the digital frame online for a much better price, and when I came home and looked online, I found that I was right. I ordered it right away and it has been wrapped and hidden in the back of my closet ever since. So not only will she have the frame come Christmas morning, but I saved enough money by ordering online to get her a memory card to go along with the digital frame.

Earlier today I was sitting in the living room watching the slideshow on my digital photo frame and I couldn’t help but get tears in my eyes. I couldn’t believe how many memories flooded my mind and heart as I sat and watched all the beautiful pictures that have been added to the digital photo frame by husband and I over the past year. We have at least one picture from every trip we’ve taken together in the last ten years, plus we’ve added pictures of various weddings, parties and special times with family and friends. Watching the digital photo frame is like stepping back into time, into those moments and reliving them again. It’s like a living piece of time and I do believe that the digital photo frame is one of the best gifts that my husband has even given me. I enjoy this one so much; that I actually think it would be great to add one to the kitchen and also the bedroom, all with different pictures. Maybe this Christmas I'll go online and buy one for my husband, add pictures of just the two of us and we can keep it in the bedroom.

I just cannot wait until Thanksgiving rolls around this year because I will be on my way over to Texas and getting ready to see all of my family on my wife’s side! I will make sure that I don’t forget to pack my HD camcorder because I will be doing so many fun different things while over there, that my HD camcorder will really come in handy for a ton of different usages. I can easily see a few things that I will want to use my HD camcorder right from the get go. Like the Texas college game that I will attending on the 26^th, one of the biggest Texas football games of the year; or, when we all go horseback riding on my father in law’s ranch into the outback. There will be plenty of other great moments, like when my father in law cuts the turkey, or when we all sing songs after dinner and few drinks, where everybody loosens up to enjoy the Thanksgiving spirit. The holidays will indeed be grand this year, for certain. And I aim not to miss a moment of the bliss with my HD camcorder in hand!

Digital Frame

This morning, I thought my digital frame was a goner when I opened the back door and the wind blew it off the table onto the ground. I had forgotten that I had a window open in the house, so when I opened the back door, it pulled a draft through the house and by the time I heard the loud noise it was too late. I turned to look and see the digital frame lying face down on the tile floor and just knew I could probably forget it being in one piece, much less actually working. After closing the back door, I walked over to the digital frame and picked it up off the floor, and surprisingly it was still in one piece. I sat down at the table and turned on the digital frame and it started the slideshow within seconds. I couldn’t believe it, the frame had survived! I took it right then and there to the living room and placed it above the fireplace mantel, which is where it will make it’s home from now on. Hopefully, it will be safe there.

I know many adults who love having a digital frame, but it's not only adults. Even some of the littlest kids like them. My mother and father-in-law have a digital frame, and my nephew just loves it. He is now two years old, but he's been enamored with it since he was a baby. He'll sit on his grandpa's lap and watch all of the pictures on the slide show. Now that he can talk, he gets really excited and says everyone's name as it goes by on the screen. He especially loves seeing himself, squealing "that's me!" every time his picture shows up. He is a real Papa's boy and loves seeing Papa's picture as well. I think he could watch the slide show on the digital frame for an hour straight, which is a big deal for a two year old! I'm thinking about buying one for him, so he would have a digital photo frame at home as well. His mom could put it somewhere that he could enjoy it in their home.

My wife is currently out of town, and when she travels she usually takes our cat with her as our kitty is very attached to his momma. So yesterday something really funny happened. I was looking through some pictures on my digital photo frame and a large shot of our cat – our dog’s best friend in the whole world – came up. I asked him if he knew the cat and who it was, pointing my finger at the digital photo frame image. Of course my dog started sniffing to see if he could smell anything, but when it couldn’t he started barking at the digital photo frame. I think that he got a glimpse of the cat that he loves and was wondering how in the heck that he got inside a digital photo frame that was so small. I was laughing my butt off when my dog still wouldn’t stop barking at the digital photo frame. Later on I placed the frame back on the mantle and left the room to do some chores. I came back and my dog was perched underneath it, staring up at it as if he were trying to think of a way to free my cat from inside of the digital picture frame; hilarious!

When I first purchased my digital photo frame I never thought I was going to use it. I never liked the way pictures looked on the wall, so to compromise with my girlfriend; I purchased a large digital photo frame. She found the idea to be very romantic, and it made her very happy. Which, as we all know, made me happy, because if she isn’t happy nobodies happy. Making that purchase was one of my best ideas I have ever had, not only because she is a happy camper, but because I found a new love of photography. I like to take my digital camera snowboarding with me and my friends, so we can catch some of the amazing stunts we do. I have gone out of my way to purchase more digital photo frames for my office. My dad and I have season tickets to the local football team. We capture all the bone crushing, heart pumping moments with my digital photo frame. You can literally sit in my office for hours watching sports moments slide by on my digital frame. I never thought I would use my digital photo frame so much.

When I changed jobs, I wanted my new cube at the office to be more "homey," more comfortable and more familiar. I took the pictures, paper weights, flowers, etc. from the old office, and off I went to make my mark. One thing I did not have was a digital picture frame. It was such a pleasant surprise when my best friend gave me a Nextal Digital Photo Frame she found while shopping online. She wanted me to have something really special, something that would stand out, and something I would feel great about. So, she buys the digital frame and puts a picture of my cat, Angel in it. Not the children, not my husband, not even my Mom...just the cat. What a wonderful gift! I loved it!

I didn't realize the difference a digital frame would make in displaying your pictures. She told me I could even utilize my hd camcorder to set up a display...of course, I'm still unsure of that one. However, this new job will afford me the opportunity to utilize a hd camcorder as part of my work, and I plan of becoming proficient in this usage. I love using the new camcorder minidv's because they are so lightweight and portable. I used to have an old style camcorder, and after recording for thirty minutes, my shoulder was tired and in major pain. It took two hands to hold that thing, it was so big and heavy. Now with camcorder minidv models, I can hold it in one hand and not use my shoulder at all. The new camcorder minidv weighs less than four pounds. I can hold my camcorder minidv for hours without getting overly tired or sore, too. The new camcorder minidv's are much easier to take along with me anywhere I go, which is very convenient. I can record all of my kids' birthdays, every holiday, each play they star in at school, and so much more. It's wonderful to be able to record all of their special moments and be able to watch them in the years to come as they grow up. Being able to hold and carry my camcorder minidv is much easier to do now. I am happy with my camcorder minidv.

I love digital photo frames. They are a great way to show off tons of pictures all on one digital frame. The new mini digital photo frames are wonderful for small spaces like desks. Having a mini digital photo frame on a desk at work is convenient because it takes up even less room than a normal sized one. This one I found online is only one and a half inches and holds lots of pictures. This mini digital photo frame can go for six hours continuously showing off pictures. The slideshow feature on the mini digital photo frame is fun and it's nice to see a different picture every minute or so. My two-year-old nephew thinks digital photo frames are so cool. Every time he sees the one at his grandma and grandpa's house, he gets excited and will stand there and call out the names of everyone he sees. He especially likes to see himself on the digital photo frame, and does a cute dance saying "me, me!" Mini digital photo frames can be used anywhere.

Digital Frame

For the last few years I have been telling my husband that I would like a digital frame. He keeps telling me he will give it to me for Christmas. Then Christmas comes and there is no digital frame. I did get some plain old frames, but not a digital one. He was so proud because he remembered my picture frame. It was hard to tell him that I wanted a digital one, not the ones he gave me.

I used the picture frames he gave me. But I still would like a digital one. I have more digital pictures then I could ever put up on the wall. My solution this year is simple. I am giving him a couple of digital frames for Christmas. I figure that way I will at least get to use one of the digital frames. I am even thinking about getting one and having it under the tree for me from Santa. With my luck this year will be the one my husband actually gives me a digital frame. Just to be on the safe side, when he asks what I want I am not mentioning anything digital.

Using Our HD Camcorder To Show People In Britain What The United States Really Looks Like

We are taking our HD camcorder with us on a short camping trip on Monday. We will be going to a remote part of West Virginia which my husband tells me is very scenic and pretty. I would like to record footage of the scenery with our HD camcorder to I can share it with my friends and relatives in Britain. That way I can show them how naturally beautiful parts of the US are. I actually think emailing such HD camcorder footage will enlighten some of my friends that have not been to America. You see before I came to the US for some reason I imagined it to be one big sprawling metropolis and I could not have been more wrong. What I have seen of this great country so far has shown me that the US is far more unspoiled than Britain. I was quite surprised by this at first and it actually took some getting used to though I soon adjusted to it. I am glad that I have an HD camcorder so that I can show the people I know over in Britain what the US is really like.

When my son got married a few weeks ago, we wanted to do something special at the wedding reception that would be nice, get people talking, and provide plenty of flashback moments on the lives of the two entering their
life together. A digital photo frame was just the item that added all of that and more. Actually, we needed more than one digital photo frame. We bought 20 in all.

That might sound a little bit excessive, but the reaction from not only the people at the reception, but the bride and groom were well worth it. My husband and I got together with the bride's parents and put a bunch of pictures together. We went through several years of their younger days, and the few years they were dating. Then we scanned the paper photos in the computer, and uploaded the digital ones into a slide show of about 125 pictures. From there it was just a matter of uploading that file to the twenty digital photo frames. They all had the same pictures on them, so we just put them on the different tables for the guests to see. It was an amazing hit and we were even asked by another mother there, where we bought our digital photo frames. She wanted some for her daughter's wedding.

Digital Photo Frame

My daughter is going to be moving out at the end of the month. I am going to miss her. I know she has to move out and have her own life. She is in her twenties and has a good job. She is moving closer to her job. That does not make it easier to let her go though. She knows it is hard on me to see my little girl all grown up. I feel like she does not need us anymore.

She came home with a gift last night. It was a digital photo frame. She thought it might be a nice reminder for me. She loaded the digital photo frame with a progression of pictures. They start off as a baby and then subsequently show her growing up. There were a lot of pictures of her and me just having fun. There are some really great and positive memories in those pictures. She told me that when I started to miss her to look at the digital photo frame to remind myself that just because she does not live with us anymore does not mean she is gone. She is always going to be Daddies little girl.

HD Camcorder

The last football game of the year, and the last one for my son who was graduating that year, was the first day I got to use my new HD Camcorder. From the time he was at home and I was filming him eating his
breakfast, then following him out to his car before heading off to school, I never stopped filming. I would have gotten his entire day on film if the school would have let me in his classes! After school, he came home and I was there to pick the filming up immediately after he pulled in the drive.

As a proud mother, my HD camcorder was preserving for me a big day in the life of my son. I kept asking him questions, in an interview style, and he was pretty accepting of it at first. After awhile though he was
trying to get away. But, I wouldn't let him. Me and my HD camcorder were everywhere!

I captured the entire game along with the touchdown he scored to win the game. You can't really see that part as I was jumping up and down and screaming. But, once I composed myself I continued filming. I love my HD camcorder because there wasn't any film I needed to change! Uploading it to my computer, I made several highlight films, and copies. Yes, being a mother with a HD camcorder is a lot of fun!

Have you ever used an LCD digital frame? If you are not quite sure what they are, take a look at the picture that I have added in the upper left – they are pretty nifty looking digital photo gadgets. Digital frames allow you to easily change out your old school picture frames that can only hold one picture at a time in favor of more technologically advanced digital frames that have larger SD memory card storage devices housed within them. Here is how they work. You simply shoot the photos that you like on your digital camera. Then you can easily connect the camera to your digital frame and download the photos that you want it to display. My digital frame allows me to even set up groups of photos and label them. I can tell it when to display what groups and so forth. Ever since I got this digital frame, it is generally the first thing that guests notice when they come over to my home. Most people are amazed when they see my digital frame showing picture after picture of my family, friends and pets. My only quip: I need to buy more digital frames so I have them in every room of my home.
